"手上" 和 "手里" 和有什么不一样？

手里 especially indicates something are caught inside your hand.

e.g. 你猜我这只手里有什么？

e.g. 他手里有枪。(he is catching the gun)

手上 are more likely to describe the surface of your hand or simply means someone have somthing.

e.g. 你手上有血/伤痕。

e.g. 他手上有枪。(so the gun are not necessarily caught by his hand now, it could be inside his pocket.)
